Scholarship and Grant Committee
The State Scholarship Committee is responsible for recommending the rules governing the administration of the scholarships and grants adopted by the State Executive Board. The State Scholarship Committee determines the number and amount of each scholarship depending on the amount of money in each fund. The State Scholarship Committee contacts all state supported universities regarding the Esther H. Strickland Student Teaching Grant and selects recipients for this grant. All scholarship applications are due by February 1, of each year.
Scholarship & Grants Chairman
- Members may apply for money to work toward advanced degrees, leadership opportunities, educational opportunities, or for classroom projects.
- Non-members may apply for money to help during student teaching or to further their education.
- Due May 1 & November 1 Apply for the International Cornetet Award for Professional Development Application Available
- Due December 1 in odd years, Apply for the DKG Ignite Program funded by the Golden Gift Fund
