State Convention Spring 2027
The State Convention Coordinator and State Convention Registrar work together with the state convention steering committee and the state president to plan and execute the state convention. The coordinator is responsible for the overall planning of the convention. The registrar is responsible for the registration of all convention attendees.
Convention Registrar
The State Convention Coordinator and State Convention Registrar work together with the state convention steering committee and the state president to plan and execute the state convention. Music
The music representatives are responsible for planning the music for all Alpha Delta State events. The music representatives shall work with the president when planning the music for meetings, workshops, and the convention. The music representatives also work with the membership committee to plan the music for the Necrology Service at the state convention. The music representatives conduct the Alpha Delta State Choir at the state convention. The music representatives may conduct a workshop and/or have a display at the state convention.
