April 1 through June 30 Dues collection period July 1 through July 31 Complete dues order in Chapter Connect Dues Portal. Dues notifications are sent by DKG on August 1, September 1, and October 1 July 31 Form 15 has been dramatically changed and the latest version is available through Chapter Connect at DKG.org. Look for it on our Forms page. July 1 through November 15
