The Chapter Yearbook requirements have been simplified. It is optional whether you print it or electronically send it to your members.
Yearbook Requirements
Feel free to personalize your yearbook for your chapter and add anything else you like.
- Chapter Yearbooks are due on November 1 as a pdf.
- Send you Yearbook as a PDF to [email protected] Please put your chapter name in the subject line.
Yearbook Requirements
- Mission, Vision, and the 7 purposes (in the first purpose delete the word spiritual)
- Program schedule for the year with dates, locations, and programs (if available).
- Officers
- Committee chairs
- Directory of members
- Include name, address with Zip, telephone number with area code
- Email address for members be sure to verify email addresses are current
- Member’s professional assignment/retirement information
- Year of initiation; note any charter member
- Second address information for “snowbirds Membership classification (active, retired, or collegiate)
