A. Margaret Boyd Overseas Foundation
The A. Margaret Boyd Overseas Foundation was incorporated in the State of Ohio on June 1, 1981. It is exempted from Federal Income Tax. All gifts to this Foundation are tax exempt.
The work of the Foundation is conducted by a Board of Trustees composed of the Alpha Delta State President, First Vice-President, Immediate Past President, Immediate Past Chairman of the Board, and five elected Trustees.
